You will need a race vest/pack capable of carrying the mandatory kit below:

Waterproof jacket with taped seams - rated 5,000 HH+
Long sleeved baselayer - in dry bag

Water carrying capacity of at least One litre (2 x 500ml bottles)

Personal first aid kit - inc. personal MEDS

Fully charged mobile phone in waterproof bag- with race control number inputted

GPS Tracker - provided/attached by us at registration courtesy of open tracking

Route Map - Electronic or paper (.gpx files will be provided)

Food - enough to sustain you between checkpoints

Whistle - to attract attention I.C.E.

In addition to the list above, 50 mile & 100 mile entrants MUST carry the following:

Head/Chest torch - minimum 75 lumens
Secondary torch (in case of failure of main torch)

Hat or Buff - provided at registration

Recommended

Trail shoes suitable for mixed-trail terrain

Rear red flashing light / Reflective clothing - there will be night-time road sections for some
Reuseable Cup - for use at checkpoints
Spoon or Spork - hot CP food
